Meet on foot, with what you can carry
Both bookable walks start at Starbucks Waterbus, Bach Dang Wharf, 10B Ton Duc Thang. You get there yourself on the shared format. A taxi or a walk from a District 1 hotel is your arrangement, not a transfer we publish as included.
Large luggage is not recommended. The guide is not expected to store bags, and the meeting point does not offer guaranteed storage. Leave the suitcase at your hotel when you can.
What fits a 2.5-hour walk
Saigon City Highlights is about 2.0–2.7 km, mostly flat, with pavement and the occasional curb. A small day bag, water, and a rain layer are enough. Read what to wear for shoes.
The street-food walk is about 2 hours 30 minutes in the evening. You will stop to eat. A backpack that you must hold in your lap at every stall is the wrong bag for that.
Private pickup is a question, not a feature list
Private walks may arrange a nearby pickup when it is practical. “Nearby” and “practical” are decided for that date. They are not a citywide hotel shuttle and they are not published as a fixed zone on this page.
Ask in the enquiry. Wait for the confirmation before you stand outside a hotel that was never agreed.
If you are between hotels
A checkout morning is a poor moment to bring a suitcase to the 9:00 AM walk. Use the 2:00 PM departure only if the bag is already stored. We do not publish a cloakroom.
This page does not take the booking. Use the tour page for the walk you actually want.
Facts on this page come from the published Saigon walking-tour policies. Where a detail is still open — vendor payment, stall names, stairs, toilets — it is left unstated.
