A message is not a place on the walk
The form and WhatsApp are how you enquire. They do not reserve a seat by themselves. Wait for the written confirmation before you travel to the meeting point.

What “about one day before” means
Shared runs are usually confirmed about one day before, after the four-guest minimum is reached. If you write earlier, you may still be waiting on that count. If you write the same morning, ask whether that departure is already confirmed and whether there is room.
Do not assume a walk is cancelled because you have not heard back. Do not assume it is on, either. The reply is the decision.
Where to be if you are confirmed
Both walks meet at Starbucks Waterbus, Bach Dang Wharf, 10B Ton Duc Thang, District 1. Arrive about 10 minutes early. The exact pin and the guide contact are in the confirmation, not on this page.
Hotel pickup is not included on the shared format. Large luggage is not recommended, and there is no guaranteed storage while you walk.
If the timing is tight
Light rain normally means the walk continues. Heavy rain near departure is decided case by case, so send a message rather than guessing. Read the rainy-season guide for how to dress, not for a new cancellation rule.
If four guests are not there, read the minimum-group page. A last-minute private request still needs a guide and still uses the published minimum of two guests.
