Count the children in the group
Say how many adults and children will walk, with ages, in the enquiry for Saigon City Highlights or the Saigon Street Food Walking Tour. We need that headcount to answer whether the departure can take your party.
There is no published rule that a child is free, half, or excluded, or that every child counts the same way toward the four-guest minimum. Do not assume a child price from the adult tip guideline.
Pace and distance
City Highlights is about 2.5 hours and roughly 2.0–2.7 km on city pavements, with curbs. The food walk is about 2 hours 30 minutes and includes standing at stalls. Neither is a playground circuit.
A stroller or a very young child needs a case-by-case answer. We do not describe the route as suitable for every buggy. If the answer is no for your date, that is the useful outcome.
Food with children
The landmarks walk does not feed the group. The evening walk does, on the shared or private inclusion you booked. Tell us about allergies. Read allergies. We cannot guarantee a child-specific menu.
Spicy food and unfamiliar textures are normal. A guide can ask. A child does not have to finish a tasting.
Heat, rain, and bags
Bring water, sun protection, and a light rain layer. Light rain normally means the walk continues. Large luggage is not recommended on the walk, and there is no guaranteed storage at the meeting point.
Hotel pickup is not on the shared format. Meet at Starbucks Waterbus, Bach Dang Wharf, after you have a written confirmation.
Facts on this page come from the published Saigon walking-tour policies. Where a detail is still open — vendor payment, stall names, stairs, toilets — it is left unstated.
