Four facts that identify the departure
Start with the product. Saigon City Highlights is 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM. The Saigon Street Food Walking Tour is 5:30 PM. “A walking tour tomorrow” is not enough, because those are different walks and the morning and afternoon landmarks departures are different again.
Then the date, then the number of people who will walk, including children. A shared departure needs four guests in total, not four from your party. Above 12 per guide, another guide is added. A private request needs at least two guests.
Say the things that change the answer
English is the shared default. Ask for French, German, or Spanish only if you need them. A name from the guides page is a best-effort request, not a roster. The language note explains why the confirmation, not the profile, is the record.
On the food walk, say vegetarian, vegan, or an allergy in the same enquiry. Adjustments are case by case. We do not guarantee a sealed kitchen or a printed menu. The landmarks walk does not include tastings, so a food note there does not create a meal. Details sit in the allergy note and the vegetarian note.
Children, pace, and bags
There is no fixed public minimum age. Very young children, strollers, and wheelchairs are case by case. Tell us the age and the actual buggy or chair before you treat the walk as suitable. The route is not marketed as step-free.
Large luggage is not recommended, and there is no guaranteed storage. Hotel pickup is not on the shared walk. If you need a private pickup, ask, and wait to hear whether that date can do it. “Nearby” is not a published radius.
What you can leave out
You do not need to list every landmark you hope to enter. The inclusions are already published, and interior tickets are not part of the base landmarks walk. You do not need a preferred stall. We do not publish a fixed vendor list.
You do not need to pre-pay a tip on the website. The shared walks are tip-based. Many guests use €13–15 per person as a guideline for the guide, in person. We do not publish a required mix of currencies.
After you send the enquiry
The form and the WhatsApp line are how an enquiry arrives. They are not the departure. What the confirmation includes is the pin, the guide contact, and the status. Until that message exists, do not tell a hotel to expect a pickup and do not tell friends the walk is on.
If the date is today, read the last-minute note. Same-day still needs an explicit written yes.
